hey guys having problem with my 1990 integra GS. When i start the car after a 5-10 min. while the engine is still warm, it revs up then drops right down to almost stalling but doesn't. rpm goes back to normal. sometimes when i take off after that happened it lacks of power for a few seconds, then is fine again. I got new plugs, wires, distributor, and fuel pressure is good. Anyone got any suggestions on what to check?

 

I think there was a thread somewhere here about a relay going bad related to heat?

sounds like a IACV problem to me. How is your cold start? Perfectly fine?

 

yup cold start up is perfectly fine

 

main relay homie...happend to my 91 civic hb...change out the main relay or have it cleaned up cause the contact have warped. they can be re-soderd..... good luck

 

Yup, definitly main relay to fuel pump, get the contacts resoldered and you'll be sweet.

Hey guys problem is back it only fixed it for a couple of days. I installed a new relay and it still does it. Any other things i should replace or check?
