Default Axle problem help??

Okay heres the deal. my driver side axle was bad, bought a new one from bumper to bumper installed correctly but when driving it, on u turns and hard right turns i hear... click...click... click... click.... wtf? thought bad axles return got a new one installed correctly(double checked).... drove it again.... click... click.. click... wft? i remember when i put in the new axle the part that goes into the hub part i had to hammer it in cause i couldn't do it by hand, could that cause the problem. so i just left it like that .... it still does it now and then and particular turns. Now when i jack up the car i can feel little movement when i shake the tires back and forth??? go underneath hold axle shake and little feel movement?? hold half shaft shake it, feel little movement but axle is all the way in. wtf?? can anyone here help me out?? by the way its a 99 civic h/b with 94 ls w/ b16 tranny and axles are 94 ls no abs, if this helps any.

is it a remanufactured axle, if so that id the problem...most reman'd axles aren't goona be perfect, I had to hammer mine into my hub as well...Softly but still had to hammer it in...Mine is ok, no noises yet, biut a friend went through like 4 axles before he got a good one, thank god for the lifetime warranty....

would it be okay to drive like that for a while til it really breaks cause i dont have the receipt anymore and i don't think it's lifetime warranty. i'm getting ready to lower my car and just wonder if it's okay like that or should i just replace it.

couldn't tell ya, it's one of those things that could go 50,000 miles without a problem or only 10...

how bad is the clicking? light or heavy?
Does it click at all turns? or just hard turns?

lowering your car shouldn't affect the axle...

you should be fine....if you start feeling something then I'd start to worry... or if it gets loud like a chunking...
