guys i dont have vss on my car, is a 88 crx, car is obd1, im running a b16a2 with a 95 gsr ecu, im getting code 17 which is vss. How do I fix this? What do I need?
different cluster? vss cable?

i think you need to get a vss cable or get a cluster that dosent use vss

he was my best friend and he did a write up on it and has some pics o fhow to wire it when we did the same thing in my car when put a 96 integra cluster in my 88 crx that has a b16 with lsd. if you have any other question let me know i will go and take a look on my car for you. I know what you are going through i went through the same thing, we did it by trial and error. we had the battery ligh blinking at the speed that we were going. we had it all mesed up but finally got it al workd out and works fine now.hope i have helped you a little.

if you take the speed censor off of your old tranny, you should be able to put that one in the new tranny and it schould all work ok
