Default 92 Integra Engine Swap or Rebuild? YOU decide!

I have a '92 teg GS with a stock LS engine. Only mod's are AEM cold air and Exhaust. I have about $1400 (and growing slowly) and want to either get a new engine or rebuild my current one with Vtec. I DEFINITELY want Vtec. I was thinking either the B16A2 or rebuilding my engine (210k miles on it) with a vtec head. I'm not sure what parts I need to rebuild my engine if I do decide to do that, so if someone could break down the parts that I need to buy it would be greatly appreciated. I also need someone to post some sites where I could get an engine for the lowest price, as well as a place to get engine rebuild parts or kits.

If it were me, I'd not do anything until you decide what you really want. If you want LS/VTEC, then build an LS/VTEC, if you want a B16, then buy a B16.
