Recently got a pair of used SI/SIR front lca. Just sitting down the basement while I gather other sway bar parts. They have OE Honda bushing on them (those big round ones) but I wanna upgrade to polyurethane. Might as well do it while it is off the car.

Are there any reviews on ES lca bushing? Or Alex for that matter? Spoon claims their front LCA bushing is rated at 90 while OE is rated at 70. Not sure if all 3 has the same stiffness rating?

Just get ES bushings, unless you like paying 50 times what they are actually worth
