The Spoon lower arm bushing, I believe, are for the front LCA, the big honey-comb looking ones that does not require pressing, simply fastened by nuts and bolts.
If anything, use Energy Suspension ones, same thing.

Energy Suspension Front Lower Control Arm Bushing Set.
It comes with:
2 Big bushing (1 for each side)
2 sets of small bushings for the front of the LCA (1 pair for each side)
If you have seen the LCA in person when taken off the car, you will know there there are 3 parts that require bushing. The middle one does not come with the bushing set. However, it might come with the Master Bushing Set.
IIRC, that middle bushing is where the shock fork sits on. The front and back bushings on the Front Lower Control Arm are the parts in direct contact with the chassis.
Hope that helps.

thanks,
just that few guys have had fitment probs in u.k as es ones are all designed on u.s cars. most are same but odd ones are different.
ill probably order front set you mention and 2 main rear trailing arm bushes. only gonna replace worn ones and back are lookin poor.

I thought all 6th gen chassis are the same? 6th gen bushings are universal (for 6th gen that is) so I am sure you won't have any fitment issues. Just make sure you lubricate them to avoid squeaking sound. Mine has a little bit of sound but I can live with it.
