rex wont start .. possilbe dizzy prob?

rex wont start .. possilbe dizzy prob?
y0 lookin fer any help...
car specs:
89 scrx si
94 ls motor
91 ls dizzy
91 ls ecu
the car has been running fine w/ the swap for the past 2 years. and today after eating dinner. the car wont start.
heres what i tried:
the battery is ok. getting power etc.
just replaced the dizzy cap and roter, and it was working fine after i changed it.
did a spark plug test (spark plugs are 1 month old):
1. little or no spark
2. tiny blue spark when touching grounded contact
3. little or no spark
4. has spark only when touching grounded contact
checked fuel. fuel is circulating and i can smell it.
i want to say its the distributor. but im not certain. any help would be helpful. thanks.
