wsup h-t, im about to buy a bare y8 intake manifold and throwing it in my A6 also with a LS-throttle body...and before i try to do this, does anyone know what else i need?? would the fuel rail,holesing ,sensors etc.... all fit with the A6??? thank you and for those who experience this did you feel alot of powwer gain??

 

You should try and get the Y8 manifold as complete as you can. I'm pretty sure the Y8/A6 fuel rails don't interchange, and I KNOW the Fuel pressure regulator does not.

 

my boy just finish doing this everything is basically plug and play except that the less vacumm inlets then the a6 so u are going to have to to get some t fittings to hook all your vacums hoses up and there is going to be alot of extra stuff u aint going to have use
