Hello!!!
So I finished a B16a swap into my EF Civic Si, and I got a used clutch cable from a 92 Integra for the swap. I have an ACT Prolite flywheel with the 6-puck race clutch and HD pressure plate. Anyway, I was a little hesitant after the first few days of driving, the clutch was pretty stiff, and it was tough to control the clutch. Almost unstreetable I guess. Anyway, the other day the clutch started to engage further and further to the floor, so I adjusted the clutch, and ever since the clutch felt like a piece of ****! The cable was grabby and retarded, and I parked the car at my shop, and ordered a new cable. Tonight I put in the new cable, and holy crap, it made a world of difference! Not only did it make the clutch controllable, but it reduced the effort required, and its totaly streetable. Much better than the used cable I had before.
MAKE SURE YOU SPEND THE MONEY ON A NEW CABLE PEOPLE!!! DON'T SCREW AROUND!
Anyway, thats my story. Have fun!
