ait sensor, d16y8 swap on a eg, code 10! what to do?
is it bad or is it unplugged.....you can tell its bad by looking at it...mine had a hole in the side of it ....i think on the y8 engine it plugs into the intake tube...
on the y8 is different, it doesnt plug on the intake directly.
hose to intake manifold - sensor - hose to intake manifold
the thing is that the y8 ait sensor has a different plug, so i was wondering if cutting my old z6 plug and using a y8 plug would do the trick.
did anyone do this before? I think thats the only way of doing this.
