Default ATTN:3G Lude Experts!!

Will a B20A5 head fit on a B21A1 block properly?

Another 3G guy wants to buy my JG Pro Head, but we don't know if it will work like that.

It should. Don't hold my word as the Bible of Prelude's on this one though.

Well, the money would go towards another 13Brew,so this is important.

Obviously he doesn't want a head that won't fit.

I think it should fit too,the only difference in the motor is a TAD bit more displacement in the bottom end.

I'm the one planning on buying the head, before I go through with it I need to know if it will fit.

Also, I already told Kingsport that I have cam gear settings that are prefect for my engine, yet with a modified head will it be different?

The timing is the same,I can't forsee ANY gain in advancing timing for a better flowing head. Maybe a *little* could be drawn out from an adjustment, but I wouldn't think it would be much.

after looking through some of the other forums on this site, i noticed b21a's post that he started with the third gen pics. if you read the post that you did about the guys white turbo 3rd gen lude, his specs show that he is running the b21a1 block with a b20a5 head. that should be all the proof that you need that is works. or, just ask that guy if he needed to change anything to do it.

hope that helps. good luck with your car.
