i need more info to answer your question...h22s are good for heavy beasts like accords, will generally out you at a low 15 with a manny. they almost sneak right in, one of the mounts has to be ground down a bit. what year is your car

Instead of people telling you to search I will help you out...
First off the search tool is a great resource and try that before posting your question
The h22 is one of the most common swaps due to its larger displacement, DOHC vtec and its near simple direct swap. Other things people do is keep their f22 (if its got low miles and or has good compression/leak down tests) and boost it. The f series engine is very well built and can take 6-8psi daily w/o mods and will yield a little more than the h22.
