Default Chroming h22 valve cover....shop couldnt do it!! Any1 else had this problem

I think im posting this in the right forum. The guy thats done some of my chroming and jet coating on my previous motor, couldnt chrome my valve cover cuz of some plate under the valve cover. It has little holes in it, something for the oil im guessing. They tried 2wice but it leaked thru. Some I settled for polished. Any1 else have this problem?? Any wayz around it? Or does any1 sell chrome h22 vlave covers??

Chroming valve covers is SUPER GAY. Go add yourself to the list of wannabes for "The Fast and the Furious 3". I dont think anyone here cares about chroming valve covers. Go get yourself a mugen or red valve cover.

Your avatars speak for themselves.

Just leave the valve cover polished. Save the money youd spend on chroming it and spend it on somethign worth a damn

Id paint it the same color as the outside of your car. Polished works though
