Exhaust manifold gasket reuseable?
Honda says never re-use... but everyone knows you can get away with it a few times. Most I've gone was like 3 times use and it finally had a tiny leak.
The bottom donut, I find that thing gets fuckd up quick because the engine torques and it moves around.. so I usually replace those while I am there.

will the S2000 donut fit? I remember someone listing equivalent donuts that will work, but I can't remember what they were
yoshi - who just had a donut - yummy

I'm mounting a new oil pan and need to take off the header. Are both the exhaust manifold gasket (metal) and header-to-cat gasket reuseable?
My advice is to never skimp on gaskets or motor oil.
What kind of oil pan are u putting in???

1500 posts Goch??? Dang boy, that was quick..
After hitting the rev limiter a few times while taking a freeway on ramp, I've decided to install the oil pan before my first smog next July. I was going to wait for the smog inspection to install the oil pan since I have to put the stock header back, but just last night I hit 9000rpm again taking the Grand Ave on-ramp on the 60fwy while having my ways with the Mustang. I was a good 50ft ahead when I saw him merge onto the freeway.

Mike beat me to it, but these two donuts will fit:
Acura (from an early 90's Legend coupe) - 18229 SPO J51
Honda (from the S2000) - 18229 PCX 003
I reused my ex. mani. gasket, but had less than 10k miles on the car when I put the JDM header on.

Yes, and if I remember correctly, the PCX number is 4-5 dollars cheaper.
Too bad the part number is unavailable for Acura dealers.
Anyway, not to cut my own throat or anything.. but you'd be better off just going to Honda and picking up a S2K gasket.. especially if u have a hookup in the parts dept at Honda. Just 2 cents worth of advice.. later
