I tried searching but couldnt find a solid answer, I have a b-series AC comp. and bracket and was wondering if it would work with my swap in my crx

What motor do you have in the crx now? There is a bracket that allows you to use your stock compressor with a B-series swap.

 

It had a d15b2 in it, I know about the del sol and hcp/hasport brackets but was wondering if this stuff will fit with the ls in because I have it.

A friend of mine kept his AC when we installed his B16a in his crx. His stock compressor fit fine with the bracket.

 

Stock meaning the one that was in the CRX?

interesting. thanks for the info but my original question still stands, will the b-series compressor fit in the crx on an LS engine (clearance-wise and concerning the stock ac lines).

i was told that the b series compressor wouldn't work unless you ran new piping? i think you have to use the stock d series compressor with the Ha$port or modify a del sol bracket. but i could be wrong.
