Do not waste your money on those seats. They suck. I am sure hundreds here will back me up on it.
If you got them for free that is a different story. I believe you can just swap the rails. (I never bothered with OEM seats)

He said they won't bolt in completely, so ya, 3 out of 4 
You can drill a hole for the fourth one if you want. not really the right way, but it's better than leaving it hanging.

one bolt will not line up. do not drive with 3 out of 4 bolts fastened. in a crash the rail will twist and the seat will lift.

ok so if del sol's don't bolt up correctly how the hell will s2k's, I mean are we talkin' ripping the seat basket out and all? cause if thats the case then the del sol's will do fine...and cheaper...
