where can i find the iab solenoid valve and the the knock sensor
I have a single v-tec motor and i'm trying to run v-tec but i need to know where the iab solenoid vavle is and where the knock sensor is on my single v-tec motor is

If i remember correctly its near the timing belt, but im not absolutely certain...Id need a repair manual
The knock sensor may also be near the oil filter, but i may also be confusing this with a mitsu engine 
Sorry, damn guess its time for me to buy a chiltons guide :D

Iab is for a gsr engine, intake air bypass. The knock sensor is above the oil filter. Ryan
I didnt think obd0 had a knock sensor, niether did the 92-95 d16z6's, but my 2000 y8 one had one, by the oil filter. What motor do you have???? And why do you need teh knock sensor, unless your obd1, which if your running p28, i dont think you need.

Are you asking this because you are going obd1, and the conversion harness has these labeled? If so just leave them alone, you dont need them, Ryan

It's right there, you can't miss it, right above the oil filter. But you don't need it unless you're running OBD1.

i'm trying to do obd0-obd1 is there a knock sensor or a iab valve on the sinlge vtec motor do i have to run wire to them or not
