Does anybody know of a shop that does header coating (much like hpc, jethot, etc.)? I would like to do the header local (so. cal.) so i do not have to hassle with shipping. But if it comes down to shipping it out, what company should i go with? thanks for any help

I found a ton in Socal when I googled header coating but very few here in Norcal

 

Google is what brought me back to Honda-tech and this thread. Think I searched for this thread here? Gimme a break.


I found several websites of local distributors but not many who actually perform the service. I'd like to know if anyone has any personal experience with one or even know of local places that do the work.

Yeah, i found it funny how old it was as well. I haven't posted on HT in years. I'm glad to see the internet tough guys are still here.

When I was at pick a part the other weekend I got a header and someone there told me about a header coating place called Apex? I think not to sure where in LA county he said. But he did say he paid 150$ for his V8. So I'm assuming 75-100 for 1. It's like APex metal coating or someshit.
