im in need of a loud, aggressive and high performance exhaust system for my ls teg, any suggestions???

are u sure u want loud, it can get very nasty on the freeway , and can hurt ur ears

just take off your stock muffler axle back, it'll save you time and money.

 

well not loud as gross lol, that would definately not be cool, something with a aggressive sound but i know it will never sound like a wrx in which i like but alot of ppl hate there tones, but i searched and ppl said that magnaflow and Apex had deep and great tones but greddy had quiet but very high performance systems so i just want to be heard when im coming, nothing like dumping the exhaust and having no cats when i had the ss, but always passed inspection

 

I WAS THINKING OF GETTING AN RSX TYPE S EXHAUST TO KEEP IT SOME WHAT STOCK BUT TO HAVE A NICE SOUND AS WELL. AND I CAN TUNE IT 200+. ALL I NEED TO DO IS GET AN INTAKE, HEADERS, AND GET 2INCH PIPING. THATS JUST ME THOUGH. I AM GETTING TIRED OF GETTING STOPPED FOR A LOUD *** EXHAUST. COPS ALLWAYS ASSUME THAT YOU ARE FLYING DOWN THE STREET WHEN YOU HAVE A LOUD COFFEE CAN!!!

 

get a Tsudo exhaust with 2.5" catback. Thats what i have and it sounds loud and sounds very nice.

 

YEAH just hack off your muffler...Now thats what I call a great "custom" exhaust system

 

alright Tsudo exhaust it is but do they have 3' cause i want a big a** tip lol but if i dont get the tsudo, i might get the apexi n1 or a fireball so we will see

I think people should automatically lose a % point for making a post in all-caps.

 

For us to properly answer your question we need more details. Such as, what are you plans for the motor? What size piping do you need?
If you plan on just bolt-ons, then I wouldn't go any higher than a 2.38 inch exhaust.
But, if you have big plans for the motor, either N/A or Turbo, go for a 2.5-3.0inch.

If you just want a big tip..just go for the Apex'i N1.

Thanks marky01lsteg. And the reason that it was all in caps is because the CPU @ work that i was using the keyboard was broken and you couldnt shut off the caps locks. Apologys to everybody
