Default H22 GC Spring Rates for EG

Robberacing is selling GC's with these Spring Rate:
400 Front
350 Rear
Are they stiff enough for an h22 swap onto an EG or should I get a different spring rate?

Just get some 1994-2001 Acura Integra springs and you will be fine. That's what I did !

yes they are stiff enough to support the engine.

progress makes springs specifically for the h22 civics. and they are 350f/200r (i have these and the ride is really smooth)

so yeah that 400f/350r would be real nice... it would be stiffer than regular integra rated springs.
