Integ GSR seats in 7th Gen Civic?

Integ GSR seats in 7th Gen Civic?
Hey guys, I need your help, I have Integ GSR seats and want to install them in my 7th Gen Civic, can you guys give me any helpful tips on how to install them? It looks pretty simple, but as always, what may look simple may not be simple when it comes to modifications. Any help would be appreciated.
