i just used 3/4 inch weather foam seal. it is that stuff that is sticky on one side and is black foam. it kept the tails from fogin too.
it might not be the foam piece, i might be the seal of the taillight. try sealing the taillight with a clear silicone
no water is getting in the trunk no the tailights its coming into the trunk from around the tailights--
yeah i thought about using that tape that is foam on one side-- thanks man

I had a pair of tailights that i got off the Internet... they leaked so bad!!! I found that nothing helped, turns out i traded them at a local place for something better. So I know what your going through, but don't have any really good advice!
yo man i had the same problem. the way to do it is go and buy some silicone sticky **** at a auto store and cover up the gap between the body and the tail lights.
yeah i figured i could do that but im having the whole car painted this month- i dont want to have all that silicone on it u know what im saying? hmm, ill just try different stuff- thanks alot for all the replies
