Hey guys, it's the time again to buy a new exhaust system and I'm wondering what axle back piece would you guys recommend.

Somebody on a local forum is selling this jdm access Honda stainless steel muffler


Or I can go ahead and purchase the Apex GT Spec axle back system.

What exhaust in your opinion would be better? I've never really heard of the Honda Access SS exhaust and there isn't much feedback on the Apex GT SPEC exhaust.

Whatever exhaust I do go with I'll be putting in a new b-pipe, cat and headers.

 

I wouldnt get gt-spec if your na... wayyy to much space for all the air

 

i dont know about hondas, but the GT-spec cat-back i had on my 240 was 3.74 inch...

 

GT spec for hondas is 60mm

 

I'm running NA at this moment, but I will go turbo in a month or two.

I would rather buy the GT Spec because it's brand new for $350.00 while the Honda access exhaust has been used and it's also selling for $350.00
I am just not sure if the GT Spec would be good for my car?

 

wait....youre going to pay $350 for a muffler and a short length of pipe behind it? You can get a full GT-spec cat-back with resonator for like 450..

Sorry, when I said muffler I meant axle back. where can I get it from???

only reason I need a rear section/full exhaust is because I put on a no-name aftermarket oval exhaust and it sits too far back behind the bumper and all the sound/noise get's sent into the car

 

ekizzle is running the gt spec on his hatch, dope piece. i think the piping is almost 2.5 but not quite... something like 2.4? pm him for more info
