I have a 93 integra Ls 4 door. My friend is selling a b16a from japan that kicks vtec at 4600 rpm. Everything is is included in the swap for 500 bucks...Should I do it and will there be any problems....Also the engine is obd0 and my ls is obd1...will there be any problems there?
Also my Ls has 130,000 miles and the b16a has 60,000 miles

 

to be honest i would keep the LS......buy the b16 and resale it for more!

 

just buy it and build a ls vtec
just keep your block and use the parts from the b16

 

Is he including the tranny...if so that's a good deal. If not, eh, I wouldnt bother.
If you know what you're doing, I'd go with the LS/VTEC setup as described above.

LS does yield bttr torque, but if youre a VTEC fanatic, then yea, go for the b16

personally i love my LS. i can keep up with any stock 99-01 si with my stock LS anyday.

 

LS/VTEC. Sell your LS head and your B16 block. That's what I did.
