Alternator fuse keeps blowing!!!!
I dont know what the hell the problem is. THis is what happend. We then took it out to test drive it to see if everything was alright. we drove for appox. 5 min. then my speedo quit working. Didnt think to much of it just thought it was because the car has not ever felt power like that before. we continued to drive and rip on it for approx. 20-30 more minutes then we noticed that the headlights and all of the lights in the cab started becoming VERY dim then blacked out completly. After they blacked out **** hit the fan the damn car wouldnt run worth **** then stopped working completly. we pulled over and checked the fuse box. the alt fuze was blown. we got some new fuses replaced the blown one and started the car. the car ran fine no codes or anything untill i put it in first gear and started driving it. We have looked at practically all the wiring we can thing of and saw no problems. Problem fixed thanx guys

Are you using an FMU? Did you install a new intank fuel pump? The alternator fuse has the power for the fuel pump going through it, and if you use an fmu to raise the pressure the pump has to work harder and draws more power, popping the fuse. At least that's my theory. It's happened to me and many others.
yes i do have an fmu, and i am running an inline fuel pump. we wired the fuel pump to the Radio fuse in the fuse box. Yet the radio fuse did not pop. Would it have anything to do with the o2 sensors not plugged in? I think that the secondary o2 sensor could be a little messed up because when i was installing my aftermarket exhaust the the cat. slipped out of my hand and fell and was suspended by the secondary o2 sensor. but i still find it very ironic that it didnt have any problems before it was boosted. It messed up after being boosted for some 30min or so at the most

The inline isn't the one drawing all of the power. What the FMU do is add resistance to build up pressure, and to keep up with that resistance the intank pumps draws more power, blowing the fuse.

same thing happened to me walbro 255 and fmu when i would hit about five pounds of boost the fuse would blow and the car would basically shut itself off. try a 15
Good news guys i was getting really pissed off about the car but its all good now. We did alot of research and searched everywhere on my car for the short. and a friend of mine finally found it while i was at work. It was the secondary o2 sensor, the wires were rubbing against the chasis and it caused the wires to expose themselves. so we fixed that replaced the fuse and it runs like a nothing had ever happend to it
