Integra with idling problem and possibly fuel problem.
On my Integra, I put in an aftermarket fuel cell because the stock tank got water in it and the pump was stolen. When you start the car, it idles fine, but when you go down the street and push in the clutch to stop, the idle goes up to about 3K and hangs up. If you tap the throttle, sometimes it will come back down. The fuel pump gets REAL loud at the same time. When this happens if you turn the key off, and restart the car, the pump is quiet again, and the idle is back down where it should be. Here's my setup.
JDM ITR motor
AEM fuel rail and FPR
B&M fuel pressure gauge that stays on 32 PSI
Triangle Eng. 10 gallon cell in trunk
Borg-Warner external fuel pump under car
The fuel cell has two taps on the bottom of it. That's where I connected the supply and return lines. The top has a tap that I connected the vent to. I also removed the charcoal canister from the engine bay. I capped the vacuum connection on the back of the IM, and left the one open on the top of the throttle body, but it doesn't matter if it's capped or open from what I can tell.
If anyone has any ideas, or know someone that would, please let me know. Thanks in advance

Are you trying to be a smart ***? Or is this really possible? I didnt think it was.

Every time I look at it it's 32psi. When the idle starts screwing up, I pull over and look under the hood. It's idling at 3K and still reading 32psi.
How about a voltage problem? When you put the turn signal on, you can hear the pump surging with the blinker.
WHen it idles high, you can turn the key off, then start it back up and it idles fine. I've messed with the throttle cable but it doesn't help
