Default How hard will a mini-me swap be for a newb?

I am thinking about doing a mini-me swap and I've never cracked open an engine by myself. My dad is reasonably smart with motors and figuring out problems, I have plenty of resources to look to. I have a friend that is a huge Honda guy and does all his own engine work on his 3rd gen Accord Hatch... I have plenty of tools too. So how do you think I would fair for this swap? It is something I'm going to do, I just need to know in what areas I need to prepair the most.

I wouldnt take a motor apart if your not confident in yourself about knowing what your doing. Do some research then try it out.
