Car won't start
Well, tried to start my car this morning, but no luck. When I turn the key, nothing. Won't turn over, no ticking noises, nothing. This happened yesterday, but started after 3-4 tries. But this morning, nothing. I'm thinking starter, or ignition switch. Any suggestions, before I start working on her?

Put a voltmeter on the battery posts themselves (not the clamps). Then try to start while watching the meter. Does it drop way low (below 8v or so)? That would be a bad battery.
Then do the same thing with the meter on the battery cables. If it's OK on the posts but bad on the cables, then clean up the clamps on the battery posts. Then do the same thing with the meter farther along the circuit, till you find something wrong.
Check the starter signal (the little wire at the starter). If it's not getting battery voltage when you turn the key to 'start', that's a bad switch. If it's OK, then probably the starter.

yeah im guessing battery, if nothing at all happens, no beeping or nothing. this sounds like its definetly the battery. check cables(esp the ground) and see if its good. clean em up real well. see if you get any power. how new is the battery you have?
Actually that same thing happened to me when my starter went. I could turn the key anywhere from 1-10 times before it would start. If your electronics seem to be working fine it might be your starter. I got a rebuilt one (lifetime warranty) for like $130 with the core and it was very easy to install.
