You should have some fun with that. Are you going to run a Full-Race manifold and DP as well?

How do you know? He didn't tell you what the turbine wheel trim or the turbine housing A/R was. Those are BY FAR the most important factors in turbo sizing, and spool.

In terms of compressor sizing, the differences betwen the 50/54/57/60/60-1 are really small, as long as you're not maxing out the wheel. Meaning, at 350 whp, or 400 whp, it doesn't freaking matter that much.

Looks like a .83 A/R turbine housing, which means you'll be a little on the laggy side (which is totally from each person's point of view, but mine is that it is laggier). I'm willing to bet it's a stage 3 wheel, but it could very well be something else.

i think you mean a .82 a/r right?

from my eye it looks like a .63 a/r with a stage 3 wheel. too much meat from the flange to the wheel for a stage five, to little for a stage 1.

an .82 a/r housing is physically much larger as the rear of the volute extends out almost parallel with the back of the t3 flange. anyway there is no reason to run a 57 trim with an .82 a/r that just doesnt make sense on an LS.

Nope, it owns you.

Both wheels and both housings have an A/R and a trim. You only mentioned two numbers, because you only told us the specs on the compressor side.

I was trying to guess what the turbine size was, but I had a bit of a brain fart. Geoff corrected me though, so it's all set.

Yeah, you're right on, I agree with you 100%. I honestly have no idea what was going through my head at the time.

At least I got the turbine wheel right, 1 out of 2.
