How about a Race header, Tires, Toda Kit if you aren't a pretty decent driver. If you can spare the money get the K-Pro, instead of the reflash.

I have a Type S motor with 40K on it if you are interested. It has been sitting around my garage since doing the Type R swap in my girl's RSX. Let me know if you are interested.

It is an 02', and I agree that is a lot of miles, but they are all highway. My girlfriend used to drive almost an hour to work every day. The car has never been driven hard, as she always babied it. I am taking reasonable offers, so either leave a post or feel free to e-mail me at hpi911t@yahoo.com

Don't let people talk you down about wasting your 04 motor. They're just jealous because you're going with the RSX-S. If you want to do a swap, do a swap. Your 04 will find it's home in some crazy guy (like me) with a ghetto CRX and he will be turning heads for years.

As far as your goals for getting your car into the 13's without doing any real internal work (changing the c/r) is going to be a bitch unless of course you're going with forced induction.

Intake, Exhaust, and a nice race header all together will still not make up the 2 seconds you need to shave. Neither will slicks or perfect tuning through Hondata.

If you want 13s, five or so bolt ons aren't going to do it, even if they are from the best of the name brands. Sorry if I seem pessimistic, I just dont want to see you disappointed when you throw all the money at the car and then don't run as fast as you'd like.

these two are right...... u paid however much for an 04 EP and now that's all wasted by buying another engine.... well if thats what u want to do... and if u got the money for it then its hard to blame u.... good luck with that mann......

I have to say for the record I have rode in an EP3 with a JDM K20AR swap....CAI, Comptech race header, Skunk2 exhaust, Hondata-R reflash...It pulls like crazy, and with that JDM tranny of course and Hondata seems to stay in vtec all the time. Its first time at the track on slicks with a Clutchmasters stage-3 and Clutchmasters flywheel was good for a (full interior) 13.07 I think at like 106 mph or something. If I ever need to get rid of my RSX-S. I am getting an EP3...I like the body style better...IMHO...
