how do you wire from external coil to internal coil on h22a

I'm swapping a JDM h22a and the coil is internal. How do I convert my h23 wiring harness from external to internal? I'm sure I could use my h23a distributor but was curious what the process would be from external to internal.

Why would you want to?
Just use your h23 harness, external coil, and dizzy.
