is it possible put a 94 style prelude h22 head on a h22a4 block if so, what kind of customizing if any would it take?

i thought it was better to put the h22a1 block with a h22a4 head

h22 heads are all the same unless tis a type S it has some upgraded valvetrain parts, thats bout it.

I just installed a built h22a4 type S block on my jdm h22a head. It bolts right up. No problems so far.

I have an A1 head on an A4 block...no issues...just use the A4 head gasket
