Default Should I make type r look like a normal integra

The reason im asking this is beacuse im having problem deabating if i should take the wing off, decals and changing the lip on the front There is also good reason there are alot of R's getting stolen i dont want mine to get stolen and second of all if I was to race someone for money they wouldnt know it was a Type r plus I feel bad about taking these things off the type r because its the legend. Please any comments are appreciated.

I sure as hell wouldn't if I had an ITR, but we all have different uses/goals with our cars.

If you wanna, go for it. Doing it for a sleeper-effect is kinda to me though. If you want to keep it looking stock and clean as a sleeper, I think that's cool. Making it look like a lower model Integra is kinda underhanded.

thousands of integra owners try to make their integra look like an R and you want it to look like a normal integra

regular integras get stolen too. just layer the security as others have mentioned here. as far as racing, anyone with any sense would see the five lug and that would give you up.

I would never make mine look like some LS.
It defeats the purpose owning a R.
Get a beater!

I'm giving him benefit of a doubt he meant at the track... hoping... But as for the poster, the time and effort it would take to make it look like a lower model as anti-theft: Lower models get jacked too. I would invest this time into security. My 2 cents

even if you did swap everything out. people that are into cars would be able to tell the difference if it was a type r or not. even details such as the five lug.

not to mention VIN, interior, rear tie bar, rear LCAs, exhaust, sidemoulding, lack of sunroof+color combo...
