I did a search on an ls/vtec swap for my 1990 B18 Teg and I also got to thinking about buying a head from a 1998 Acura GSR and putting it on. Is it possible and if I did put the 98 head on the block how much HP would it make??

obviously you didn't read anything you searched because putting a gsr head on an ls block is a lsvtec...
