On my sisters 92 civic the headlights wont turn on......i check the bulbs to see if there blown, checked every fuse in the car!!!(literally) and they still dont come on....Now heres the thing the parking lights turn on but the low/high beams doesnt.

So i figure its the light swtich(u know the one on the steering wheel)....how do u change it?

 

did you check the relays for lights??

 

nah i didnt check the relays but i took my steerin column combintion switch off my parts civic and it worked....so i guess the light switch went out.
