Default new dash gauges to install...

is it really hard to install the reverse glow gauges on a 98 plelude? anyone have any write-ups on the install with pictures ect? thanks guyz!

no it isn't hard but you have to be very careful with the needles - they are very fragile and breaking one is no fun.

have you tried powering the guages already? I new a kid that was going to install some of those things and when they powered up they hummed and buzzed depending on the brightness of the display. He ended up not installing them

Yes they hum and buzz, all indiglo faces do this. To install these you cannot take the needles out, you slide the face around the needles and just work them down past them.
