Default different types of camber... what are they all used for?

i was on ingalls i think.. or some other place, and they had all kinds of different camber, like ball joint camber, normal camber, and stuff like that..

how do i know what to use for my car? or what there used for?

All camber is the same. It's not an object, it's a measure of the angle the tire makes with respect to a line perpendecular to the ground. On most Hondas the camber angle is not adjustable, but there are different kits that add that adjustability in different ways. Some allow the upper control arm to move in or out via aftermarket upper control arm bolts. Some move the top of the spindle in or out by an aftermarket upper ball joint that rotates (total crap IMHO as it changes the caster angle also). Another type is a whole new upper control arm w/ a balljoint that slides in or out.
