Cyl (CYP) and Crank (CKP) sensors swapped?

Cyl (CYP) and Crank (CKP) sensors swapped?
Anyone ever had the Cyl (CYP) and Crank (CKP) sensors swapped? Some of the documentation (One helms manual, several online resources) I have says that the CYL is Blue/Yel and Blue/Green and the Crank is White and Orange, while another Helms that I have says it is the other way around.
Anyone know which is correct, or perhaps what the symptom would be if it is reversed?

Care to share the year of the distributor in question?
92-00 Civic:
CKP = Lt Blu/Yel (or Wht) and Lt Blu (or Blu/Grn)
CYL = Wht (or Blk) and Orn
In () refers to the 99-00 Civic.
