Default Noise Coming from Tranny after rebuild???

Hey guys, i need your input on this.

After i rebuild my s4c tranny, i have a whining noise from 1st all the way to 5th. The noise gets louder if the car moves faster.

I replaced the input bearing, mainshaft seal, both differential bearings, differential and put in LS 5th gear.

Also new exedy clutch, polit bearing, and throw out bearing.

The gears shift more smooth than before, LS 5th gear is awsome on the highway.

I drove the car more than 200+ miles (from college to home) and the noise is still there.

I know the noise is coming from the tranny because i put the car on jack stands and was certain the noise is coming from there.

I m getting the tranny out soon and would like to know what you guys thinks. Personally, i am thinking some bearing but then again, they are new???

Let me know what you think and thank you for your inputs

glad to hear from you man...it is not the intermidate shaft. I put the car on jacks, put it gear and justified that the noise is coming from the tranny. Thanks for the reply man

was going to start it yesterday but I was missing the starter nut and the tranny ground cable, little crap.my ps hose wont fit the b16a2 ps pump so a new hose and it will be on the road, hoping by tuesday.

I'll bug my mechanic for some ideas on your tranny tomorrow,he's seen pretty much everything and might have an idea for ya.

always feel free to e-mail me or call.
