Default How much of a problem is it to do forced induction with a Mini-me?

I read on a CRX page about the Mini-me, which I'm interested in, but I was wondering... How much of a problem is it to put forced induction with a Mini-me engine? Because it said the compression ratio goes up a point or two and I want to avoid detonation at all cost.

And a few more questions about detonation and prevention.

Doesn't higher octaine fule take the compression ratio down a bit?

What about other parts that would lower the compression ratio?

im boosting 10psi daily on a d16y7 block with a d16z6 head.

It all depends on what block you use. the y7 block will actually have about the same compression as a stock d16z6, but if you use an a6 block or a 1.5 block, you will have higher compression.

I was thinking the a6 block with changed out heads. I heard the stock a6 engine ran 9.1:1 compression ratio and the swap boost it up to 10:1, if not low 11:1 CR. Boost ads more compression, so I was wondering how much of a problem is it to run boost with the CR that high.
