Default Just got back from the dyno.

Mods:
AEM CAI
AEM Pullies
Thermal Exhaust
Stock header/cat
Crower valvetrain
Ferrea Valves
Crower Stg. 2 Cams
AEM Cam gears
Type S Pistons
GReddy Emanage

This is all on a Type SH

it reads: 197.7hp/160.5 ftlbs

We hit 200.4 hp, but sacrificed a bit of top end for considerable gains in midrange due to cam tuning.

the lines are baseline which was partially tuned, vs. my end result which is fully tuned. I didn't get the a/f graph but it's pretty stable around 13.5ish.

the numbers are SAE corrected

so yeah, i'm happy with the results, when i get the money, a good header and custom exhaust is going on. the car pulls really nice, the power is super linear.

tuning was done at Church Automotive Testing in Torrance, CA.

Thanks man, yeah Shawn is definitely knows his stuff.

Yeah once i get the funds, i'm going to get either SMSP or Hytec header, high flow cat and custom exhaust.

then way down the line, p&p head and euro r intake manifold or skunk2 if it ever comes out

Good numbers. Get a good header and you'll be over 200 whp for sure.

What were your cam gear settings? Did you try to raise the VTEC crossover?

ran with the AEM CAI. what is this magic dyno intake you speak of? sounds cool

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by makavelli1227 &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">nice numbers, do u have the stock idle lobs?</TD></TR></TABLE>

the lobes are non stock.

cams are: intake: advanced 3 degrees
exhaust: retarded 1 degree

the power cuts out on the cams if you raise the vtec too high, so the lower made the power super linear.

wow nice.

i've seen 5th gens with similar setups, plus full exhausts but minus the valvetrain work, pulling 20-25 less whp.

what's really impressive is the smooth buildup. well done

Im guessing your talking about a velocity stack intake.

It's a quirk of the dynapack software. You can set the TCF (transmission correction factor) to try and estimate flywheel horsepower.
