Default Shaved Emblem...

Hey guys!

I have a 1992 CX Hatchback, and I would like to remove the rear "H" emblem. I pulled the emblem off, and I noticed that the holes that it leaves aren't that big at all.

How much does it cost to get those holes professionally filled? I want it to look good!

Well you will probably have to get the whole hatch repainted and the holes filled. It really depends on where you get it done, if you want it done right it will cost you more, but if you go to maaco then it/ll be pretty damn cheap..

Does it matter that my car has flat white paint? There is no clear coat at all.

i shaved both emblems without the help of a shop...all they did was paint...

basically, we used a very minimal amt of bondo and filled the whole. then we sanded and sanded and sanded until it was smooth. walaa...perfect!

That will work, but for longevity you will want to weld the holes up, then use a minimal amount of bondo on top of your new weld for smoothing
