b16 header 4-2-1 or 4-1

what is the best header for b16a dc sports 4-2-1 or 4-1

4-2-1 for better fitment. 4-1 better top end, but you may need to get an aftermarket xmember or modify your stock xmember.

be careful with the 4-1 it sits really low, do a search also and you might find a lot more than these responses.

I stumbled upon pics somewhere out on the interweb but you actually grind it out a bit and it will fit no problems. If I wasn't so lazy I'd find the picture I saw.

I guess I am in the same situation. The guy I bought the car from, has the DC 4-1. At idle the car shakes due to the header on the crossmember. I am also getting that bogging feel at partial idle due to O2 postion on the collector. I have been told that I need to get a header proper O2's and that would go away. Do I need to cut my crossmember out more or is there a header that will position O2's properly, not touch the crossmember, and not dent the wallet too bad.

This is driving me nuts! All help and suggestions is greatly appreciated.
