idel problem

I cant figure out why my idel keeps going up to 1500 rpm then bouncing back down to 1000 rpm anyone have a clue on where i should start looking? i had one Rolling Rock and that didn't help much so if anyone could chime in it would be greatly appreciated. thanks all

The ficv or iacv, vacuume leaks.

i would also say IACV or Vaccum Leak.
