I have a 96 ek and I swaped a 96 gsr motor into my car a few months ago. At the time of the swap, I wanted to wire up the secondairy butterflies and the second o2 sensor but felt lazy after spending a few hours doing the swap. I would like for my check engine light to disapear so its time for me to wire up the second o2 sensor and at the same time I would like to wire up the secondairy butterflies as well. Does anybody have a pic or somthing to guide me through this little adventure? I would like to wire this stuff up this weekend.

 

Just connect the proper sensor for the 2dary butterfly and run the wire along the wire harness to the proper pinout on the ecu.

 

Thanks, but yeah I figured that part out myself. Basically I would like to know which color wire for the o2 sensor goes where in the ecu. I have a 96 DX hatchback with a 96-98 EX harness on my 96 gsr motor (obd2). I already wired up the front o2 sensor, the second o2 sensor which is closer to the rear is NOT wired to my gsr ecu. Im not worried about the secondary butterflies at this time, my check engine light is bothering me. Somebody help

 

Search for the pictures of the pinouts and conversions. Honestly, this is covered twice daily.

 

I looked the the printouts, but the o2 sensor wiring confused me. The secondary print out looks simple. I just want to know what color wire goes where from my o2 to the ecu. I would ask a local shop to do this but then my car might be missing the next day or so. Im looking to do this on my own, I have done some electrical before like extending wires and crap but never done o2 sensor before and its time to learn. Any help?
