Default B18C w/ P73 ECU Type-R O2 Sensor Wired Wrong.

I just did a JDM B18 C swap into my 96 lx and when I started it up, I threw a code 41. I used my old harness from the 96 to wire up the B18 and thought that all the connections were right; but now I after extensive trouble shooting and ohming out all the wires, I realised that the old motor D16Y5 had two O2 sensors, One 5 wire and one 4 wire. Well since my new B18's O2 sensor only came with one 4 wire sensor I just extended and rerouted the 4 wire plug from the old harness to the new sensor (I guess I was just in too much of a rush to get it runnung). Yeah I know, Hine site is a M*F*. Now that I have a code 41 I realise that I wired in the secondary O2 plug into the new sensor instead of the Primary. I thought that it might be as simple as swaping the wire locations on the ECu but all that did was make my enging idle rev up and down. I put rolled the wires back to the original pin out and the car runs fine but I know I'm going to eat up alot of gas until I get it fixed. In a nut shell, I guess what I'm looking for is an answer on how to configure the 4 wire sensor into the 5 wire plug that was for the original primary O2 sensor.

Thanks

I would just go with an obd2 to obd1 jumper harness and use a chipped p28 ecu...that is what I am running on my 2000 civic with a B18C...less problems

Really.... I sure hate to change ECU's though, this P73 runs really good and I'm more than happy with the performance of the motor with this ECU. Do you know what the differences are between a chipped P28 and a P73-003? I know the P37 is the Type-R ecu but what of the P-28?

P28 is from a OBD1 single cam vtec... but being chipped, as long as it is tuned for your setup, it would run just as good if not better then the p73 ecu you are running right now
