Default Stock Plugs

Can the stock plugs be had at any auto parts store (i.e. autozone, pepboys). Are they the EXACT same thing as what you would receive from Acura? Someone shine some light on this subject. Thanks

My stock plugs were NGK plats. I have a 98 R, its possible they switched brands. I would THINK that PepBoys, Advanced Auto, or Auto Zone would have the same plugs the dealer carries.

You're right, and no they didn't switch brands. They are PFRG-11's made by NGK

Checkers/schucks carries NGK. But usually you must get them ordered because they are not an on-shelf item. The best prices I've found have been from ImportRP.com.

EDIT: Heres their for-sale post on H-T: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=831208

What the hell? I went to the dealer and he charged me 20$ per plug for PK20PR-L11 Denso platinum plugs. Goddammit, did I get scammed again?

They should be about 12-13 dollars a piece. At least in NC.

I think there are two types, although I would stick w/ the NGK's, just personal preference.
