I know it's ot, but a friend of mine came to me and said that some cars in the lot got egged. I run down to check (2:45 am) and they got me too ! I thought Halloween was last week? They only got my windshield though, and I still have my emblems, so I guess I should be thankful. They hit at least a dozen cars, a few tegs, a few civics, some eclipses (one was hit all around, maybe 5 eggs, they hit the paint too) and some celicas. They got my friends car too, an Si... and took his emblem to boot.

I suppose that after two months of school, and having this as the worst thing that has happened isn't so bad. But I'm pissed!!!!! Then as I was moving my car, the popo's rode by, and didn't even come into the lot.

I haven't done anything to anyone!!! Why would they hit me? It seemed that rice was the target. Somebody forgot to tell them I'm not rice.

What should I do if anything? Aside from clean the car... there isn't any egg on the paint. Report it? Or just shrug it off....

 

Car thieves checking for car alarms.

 

Yeah, watch out for thieves. I would get a pager alarm right away. Also, have a car cover w/ lock so that if they trigger your sensor, it'll page you right away. Security upgrades are endless, but that's what I would do in your case. Also, pick up some cheap "AutoLock". Only $50 and thieves don't like it.

 

Eggs hitting paint is nasty, leaves a bunch of little paitn chips where it hit. At least thats what happened with my car....

they do check if your car is armed or not

i saw one time some civic that kept revving next to my car till the alarm went off....

Same thing happened to me man... lucky the paint was 99% spared... they even stole my f*cking american flag off my car...

They work!!!!!! especially if you've got a car cover with it that is locked down. So if the car cover moves... it will set off your sensors (motion) which will page you. then you have time to run out because they haven't even got to through the car cover yet to do any damage. I've done it for over 1 year now and my car still stays outside without a garage. Hope this helps.. IM me if you gots more ?.

 

i guess i could say this, when your young you dont really understand what your ******* up. they wont understand until they get older..it seem's cool at the time cuz it's fun and something to do....but when you work for something like the wonderful itr, it's not very funny.....i use to do the same stupid ****. who hasnt, but that does'nt make it alright for those punk's to egg your ****.....everyone watch your beloved r..
