I keep finding contradicting MSD p/n's, but I was almost certain that the 8292 was the right one.

 

well if your getting conflicting part numbers order it from a reputable company like summit racing. That way you can return it if it doesn't fit with no problems. Summit racing gets several from me. they may not always have the best price, or the most knowledgable reps, but they do stand behind the parts they sell and if you have a problem will always accept it as a return.

 

i'd rather just get the right one the first time. thanks though.

Compare your cap to the website to make sure it is the right one. Although it is Part number 8292.

 

I got a 94 ex (d16z6). I just went and checked mine to make sure, its definately 8292.

im not saying that i get the wrong part nunber, I jest letting you know tha IF there is a problem there is no problems returning it
