ecu jdm p08 ecu vtec
so i run the wire from the vtec solenoid to the a4 of the ecu harness
then i ran the wire to d6 of the ecu which was the vtec sensor?
i spliced the old sensor wires which was green and spliced the d6 wire to it.. and the black wire i left alone

i have another wire which is blue and black from the harness that came with the motor... should i use that and hook up the blue to the harness and the green to that harness too?


vtec kicks in the engine light is still on

did i do it right?



do i have to put them into the harness up there?

i havent checked it
it got dark outside im pretti sure its the sensor for vtec

 

well check it,
who knows what it is.

it could EAAAASILY be something other than the vtec solonoid

 

well tad the thing is i didnt hook it up like the picture up there...

no matter, check the code first, its gonna tell you whats going on...
